Midsummer is a magical time associated with magic and fairies. It is said that the little folk (the elves and fairies) can be easily seen on Midsummer's Eve because it is one of the days when the veil between the two worlds is thin and can be easily crossed. Traditionally in the UK, Midsummer’s day is June 24th, close to the summer solstice. Since being in a magical production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at school, I have always associated Midsummer with magic, fairies, dancing and mischief, which inspired me to create this Midsummer Fairy AromaBox. A 🧚pixie version🧚🏻♂️ is available on request. Please note this is not suitable for children so please choose the children’s version for the wee folk.
🧚🏼♀️ 30ml AromaSpray Elven Bliss spritz to help connection to the Faery Realm, the nature spirits and elemental beings
🧚🏻 handmade Fair Trade Fairy figure - they stand on magnetic leaves or can be hung up ready to fly. One of the many fairies will choose to come to you - please let me know if you have any colour preference or favourite, otherwise the fairy’s decision is final
⭐️ 7-pointed Fairy Star altar cloth - hand printed in sparkly silver by Karen at Dots and Blocks on cotton. This is perfect for an altar, creating mandalas or using for card readings - the cards in the photos are not included in the box. The small Enchanting Flower Oracle cards are available here on the website. The seven-pointed star (or, alternately, septagram or heptagram) has accumulated many levels of meaning over the centuries. One of the oldest recorded meanings given to this star may be found within Kabbalistic tradition, where it represents the sphere of Venus and the power of love. Also known as a Fairy Star or Elven Star, it is most often used to represent the world(s) of Faery. It can be displayed as a protective shield, a focal point for meditation, or a symbol of the Shining Realms. It is recommended to treat the Faery Star like any other portal, and cover or obscure it when not in use - the Fae may cause mischief otherwise!
💎 Garden Crystals - carrying them in your pocket or bag; add them to a necklace or bracelet; keep them in your car, on your desk, by your bed or in your garden ( you can plant them in the soil - the nature spirits and plants will really thank you); use them on the Fairy Star grid or make a mandala. Currently the 3 crystals the fairies have chosen are:
🌳Fossilised wood to bring in the ancient energies and tree wisdom to the garden
🌹 Rose Quartz to bring unconditional love to all the plants and creatures
💚 Moss Agate, the “gardener’s stone” - just having it in your pocket while you are in the garden will help boost the plants energy and growth
🌸 Wildflower seeds - sprinkle in a pot or straight into your garden. Wildflower seeds can take longer to grow so you might have to wait until next year to see what flowers - who knows what the flower fairies will decide?
