Enchanting Essential Oils ~ Perfume, Potions & Lotions Day
Spend a day with Clinical Aromatherapist Ro, learning about the energetics of essentials oils, how they work and how they can support your health and wellbeing . Find out how essential oils can help you and access lessons and healing from flowers and plants. This will be an experiential day including plant meditations and 3 mini workshops:

🌸Space Aromas Workshop - create your own room fragrance or aura spray
🌸Lush Lotion Workshop - blend and mix together a creamy lotion to support your personal well-being eg to help with sleep, aches and pains, anxiety, relaxation…. Or whatever you need.
My style is informal and friendly and numbers will be kept small to allow everyone time and space for questions, discussions and group chat. Cost £77 to cover all ingredients, bottles and pots to make your own 3 products. book your place hhere on my website. A non-refundable deposit of £33 is required and the remaining payment is due a week before the workshop. Timings are 11.00am to 3.30pm, with a break in the middle - please bring your own lunch and drink - I provide fruit teas and snacks. We will be working upstairs in the workshop space at Elements of Avebury. Parking is limited so best to use the National Trust car park and walk down. Please let me know in advance (confidentially) if you have any allergies or health conditions that could be adversely affected by the oils.
